Resell AI is an AI-powered tool that analyzes photos of items and generates resale listing content including titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and condition assessments. The Service also provides optional integration with third-party marketplaces such as eBay to publish listings on your behalf.
We do not guarantee that any item will sell, that AI-generated prices are accurate, or that listings published to third-party platforms will be accepted or remain active. Price estimates are suggestions based on AI analysis and real market data — not financial advice.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
You may not create accounts for others, share accounts, or use automated tools to create accounts in bulk.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free credits may be provided at our discretion. Additional credits are available for purchase as scan packs.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased scan packs except where required by applicable law. Scan credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for payment failures or issues caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
By connecting your eBay account, you authorize Resell AI to publish listings on your behalf using your eBay seller account. You remain solely responsible for all listings published, including their accuracy, legality, and compliance with eBay's policies. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer.
We may lose access to third-party APIs at any time due to changes in those platforms' policies. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee their availability.
The Resell AI software, branding, and interface are our property. You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, descriptions you edit). You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions) is provided as a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
